Jeff Jaeger, the founder of Jaeger builders LLC, has been a quality home builder for over 25 years. Jaeger Builders LLC has built numerous subdivisions in St. Charles County & Warren County using Jaeger plans or custom designs. Our newest community, the Estates at Schaper Farms, features 3+ acre lots on 52 exceptional homesites. This community has city maintained streets and is part of the Wentzville School District minutes to all major highways, shopping and dining. We currently have The Sycamore and The Cypress with additional floor plans coming soon.
